A Message from Chef Steph

My passion for all things culinary can be attributed to my Mom. 

I was "Chef S or Chef Steph" at the age of six when my culinary journey began.

To my mother's dismay, my first dish, Louisiana mud pies, was developed using only the freshest ingredients: Louisiana dirt, farm fresh organic eggs and the finest sugar (milled on a former sugarcane plantation in Southwest Louisiana)!

Although my background is Creole/Cajun cuisine, I offer varied types of cuisine.
